If you are interested in enrolling your child, please complete the registration form available in the children’s wing, foyer, and church office. You may mail it to:

or drop it by our office which is located in the children’s wing of Bethel Church. Children will enter the program on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable registration fee of $70 should be included with registration form.

During the summer, our office hours are limited. You may also drop off registration forms at the main church office.

Registration Requirements

Each child who is enrolled in our program must have a registration form, a first aid/emergency form, a security form, shot records, and an enrollment agreement on file with our office.

We require each child, three years and older, be potty trained by Aug 31 of the year of enrollment.

Fees & Tuition

A non-refundable $70 registration fee (max. of $100.00 per family enrolled) is required at registration to hold your child’s spot.
